International Bazaar Photo Contest
Farnesi - Thankful  Schau - Feeding a Kangaroo  Yu Chu - Friendship

Each year, we give students like you the chance to show off the photos you took during your study abroad experience.  A photo contest is held each Spring in conjunction with the annual International Bazaar.

Study abroad participants from the previous academic year are invited to submit their best photos.  The photos are then displayed at the  Bazaar where attendees vote for their favorite.  Prizes are given for first, second, and third places.

We do retain all photos submitted for the contest.  These are displayed in our office and can be used for future promotional purposes.

In order to enter, you can submit your photographs online through your account on the study abroad website or you can email the photos to the study abroad office. Please list your name, the location where the picture was taken, and a brief title for the photo. Depending upon the number of submissions, photographs may or may not be included in the exhibit, but at least one photograph from each entrant will be shown. Please be sure to clearly label your photographs

•You may submit up to three (3) photos.

•All photographic enlargements will be given to you.

•By submitting photographs, you are giving permission for future use of the original photographs to the Center for International Studies.

•Each individual can only win once. No consecutive winners. No winners from prior years.

•By entering a photo, you certify that you took or have rights to the image

Photos of students, cultural elements or groups are preferred over photos of landmarks, sights, etc.; however, please be aware that we must have permission to exhibit photos in which people are featured. If you are submitting a photograph that includes people other than yourself, you will need to complete the Model release form.docx. Please contact your study abroad advisor for more details.
